All orders are sent NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY FOR ONLY £4.99 or 2 to 5 day on our Free Postage Service when using our standard delivery service. We offer the next working day delivery service (Monday to Thursday) which is fully insured for the amazing price of just £4.99 per order. Both these delivery options are to any address having a UK postcode however, deliveries outside mainland UK and to the highlands may take an extra day to arrive.
Unfortunately, our next day courier does not deliver orders on a Saturday.
All next day delivery orders received up to 2.30pm will be dispatched the same day and sent using the UK Mail next day tracked service or via Royal Mail 1st Class for orders to outside mainland UK and to the highlands which will ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible (normally the next working day).
All Customers using the next working day delivery service are advised by email of the tracking detail for their order and next day delivery orders are also advised of the expected time of delivery which avoids someone waiting in all day to receive the order.
Remember the next day delivery rate is per order and is the same irrespective of how many items you order. Therefore, if you order two or three pairs the postal charge is still only £4.99 for the total order.
We are able to post to the rest of Europe (fully tracked and insured) for just £10.00 per item. For all other Countries orders are delivered at £12.00 per item. Just order as normal and we will invoice you separately for the postage amount.
We believe our Customers expect their goods to be delivered promptly and like the ability to track their orders online. Customers are advised that the goods have been dispatched and through this latest innovation are given an estimated time of delivery together with full tracking information when opting for the next day delivery service. These deliveries are made by UK Mail or in some cases where the delivery address is outside mainland UK by Royal Mail. Customers opting for our standard free delivery service will have their order delivered by their local postman. Free delivery is only available for UK postcode areas.

FREE EXCHANGES & EASY RETURNS ON ALL PURCHASES returned in an as received condition within 60 days of purchase. (Extended to 60 days so purchasing for Christmas is made easy)
At New Forest Footwear our aim is to make the return's process as easy and as simple as possible.
If you need to return an item then just email us requesting a postage label. We will then email you a label. You don't need to add any postage charge to this label, simply package your shoes securely and take them to your nearest Post Office.
Get a proof of postage & they will send the shoes back to us.
As soon as the shoes come back we will exchange them if you require a different size or style,, refunding or invoicing any difference in price., We will then return the exchanged item completely free of any postage charge (both ways) .If you require a refund then we will deduct just £3.00 per item from the original purchase price to cover the return postage costs and the balance will be fully refunded to you.
This free exchange service is limited to once only per order and customers returning unwanted items for a refund, that have already been exchanged will be charged £3.00 per item for the postage label,plus a further £3.00 per item for the postage cost of returning the original order for exchange.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return unless they use our easy returns system.
We only offer our easy exchange service for UK post Code areas. Outside this area the customer is responsible for returning items to us.
